Fear of Failure.

It's probably safe to say that no one likes to fail, whether at school, work, sports, or in relationships. yet some would argue that we need to fail in order to grow as human beings. What about you?  Do you agree or disagree that failure is an essential part of being human? That it is not only inevitable, but it is a necessity.

Exploration
